The 20th annual Planet Mardi Gras Invitational takes place from Friday, February 2nd at 3pm all the way through Sunday 4th at 5pm. All of our team gymnasts will be competing against teams from Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia and Louisiana. Admission for spectators is $7 adults, $2 children, free for under 5 years. Planet Summer Day Camps information will be out this month. Our day camps run all summer long and you can book by the half day even. Planet Olympic Gymnastics Camp information will also be out this month.
The gym will be closed on Monday, February 12th and Tuesday 13th for Mardi Gras. Make ups for these classes will take place on Saturday morning 24th, so sign up at the front desk to see what time your class will be.
The Alabama State Championships will be hosted by Planet Gymnastics and the Mobile Sports Authority at the Civic Center Centre on March 16-18th. If you know of any sponsors, vendors or volunteers, please let the front desk know. Information on this event is also on our website.
