Recreational Gymnastics

  • Rec 1, 2, and 3

Starting at age 6, most of our athletes move from our preschool program into our recreational program. These 60-minute classes have a heavy focus on the 4 main events for women’s artistic gymnastics: vault, uneven bars, beam, and floor. Of course, these skills also translate into wider athletic goals such as muscular development, coordination, and confidence.

  • Trampoline & Tumbling

This is the ideal class for those looking to learn and practice flips, tucks, and tricks to impress friends and build coordination and confidence. Like our other recreational programs, this class begins as young as age 6 and continues through 16.

  • Boys Beginner

For the male athletes ages 6 to 16 looking to develop their gymnastics abilities, this is an excellent starting point. Boys work and develop skills relevant to their events: floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. Athletes who complete this program may be invited to our Boys Team.
